Bonnie Fogg Art

IIt was amidst the serene landscapes of Africa that Bonnie Fogg discovered her love for watercolor. During nearly three years in Zimbabwe, working with a safari company, she found herself enchanted by the quiet elegance of the natural world—sunlight dancing through acacia leaves, the patient stillness of a heron, the deep, unspoken stories whispered by the land. A visit to the studio of a renowned local artist lit a spark within her, and from that moment, painting became her way of honoring the profound beauty in simplicity.

Today, Bonnie’s art reflects that same sense of reverence. Drawing inspiration from artists like Keith Joubert and Mort Solberg, her watercolor style captures the essence of movement, light, and emotion in its purest form. Her work is a balance of openness and depth, inviting viewers not only to see but to feel—recalling the untamed, the serene, and the perfectly simple moments that make life extraordinary.
